Macquarie Property Income Fund (MPIF) is an unlisted, open-ended geared property securities fund that aims to provide relatively high levels of after tax income, payable quarterly, from an underlying portfolio of listed property securities.
MPIF’s investment is run on a multi-manager basis to reduce manager risk, whilst improving long term return potential. Enhanced return potential is targeted by actively gearing the portfolio’s investments, between 0% and 50%.
